NEW DELHI: Japan’s SoftBank’s investment arm, SoftBank Vision Fund, exited Paytm at a loss of about $150 million in the June quarter, people familiar with the matter said. SoftBank invested about $1.5 billion in Paytm brand owner One97 Communications in 2017 in installments. “SoftBank exited Paytm at a loss of 10-12 percent, with the total loss being about $150 million,” one of the people said.
