Here’s a look at the biggest movers in premarket trading: Oracle — The cloud services company rose about 8% after announcing a deal with Google and OpenAI. Oracle plans to make its database available on Google Cloud starting in November. It will also partner with Microsoft and OpenAI for additional computing power. Paramount Global — Shares fell 2.3% after National Amusements called off talks on a proposed merger between Skydance and Paramount, according to CNBC’s David Faber. Birkenstock — Shares fell 2.7% after Goldman Sachs downgraded the stock to neutral from buy. The bank likes the German shoe company’s investment thesis, but said the stock has outperformed its broader luxury peer group. Birkenstock is up about 21% year to date. Rentokil Initial — Shares of the U.S.-listed British pest control company jumped 12% after it said Nelson Peltz’s Trian Partners had acquired a significant stake in the company. Klaviyo — Marketing automation shares rose nearly 4% after Barclays upgraded the company to overweight from equal weight. The firm called Klaviyo “a rare bright spot among its peers.” Rubrik — Shares rose 3.5% after the cloud data management company beat expectations on first-quarter revenue. Revenue was about $187 million, beating the roughly $172 million expected by analysts surveyed by LSEG. Broadcom — Shares rose 1.7% after the close on Wednesday ahead of Broadcom’s quarterly earnings release. The stock has surged more than 30% this year. Casey’s General Stores — Shares rose 5% after the company’s revenue and earnings beat expectations after the close on Tuesday. Earnings per share of $2.34 were below the $1.72 expected by analysts surveyed by FactSet.
