Apart from the above, companies like Elecon Engineering, Hathway Cable, Lotus Chocolate, Parshva Enterprises, Ratnaveer Precision Engineering, Regency Fincorp, RO Jewels and Sanathnagar Enterprises are also expected to announce their first quarter results.
LTIMindtree Q1 Forecast
IT services company LTI Mindtree is expected to post healthy quarter-on-quarter revenue growth in both rupee and constant currency terms, driven by robust growth in BFSI and manufacturing. First quarter revenue is expected to grow 2% quarter-on-quarter, according to an average estimate from four brokerages. On a year-on-year basis, revenue is expected to grow 4%.
Analysts are forecasting revenue growth of 2% at constant exchange rates.
On the other hand, net profit for the April-June quarter of 2024 is expected to increase slightly by about 2% year-on-year. PAT growth rate compared to the previous quarter is expected to be about 5%.
Net profit for the last March quarter fell 1% year-on-year to Rs 11 billion, while operating revenue for the January-March period rose 2% year-on-year to Rs 88.93 billion.
Key takeaways from the earnings call will include commentary on demand, BFSI and manufacturing performance.
Asian Paints Q1 forecast
According to estimates by three brokerages, Asian Paints is expected to post a net profit of Rs 1,409 crore to Rs 1,526 crore for the fiscal year ending June 2024. Revenue for the reported quarter is seen in the range of Rs 9,053 crore to Rs 9,311 crore.
Kotak Institutional Equities and Antique Stock Broking have maintained their conservative outlook for Asian Paints’ profit after tax (PAT) for Q1FY25 at Rs 1,409 crore, down 9 per cent YoY, while Anand Rathi Research expects Q4 PAT to be Rs 1,526 crore, down 1 per cent YoY.
However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, PAT in Q1FY25 could be 12-21% higher than Q4FY24. While Kotak and Antiques estimate the growth rate at 12%, Anand Rathi pegs it at 21%. The average forecast of the three brokerages stands at a 15% quarter-on-quarter growth.
Antique expects the highest operating revenue among its peers at Rs 9,311 crore, followed by Anand Rathi at Rs 9,182 crore. Kotak’s revenue estimate is the most conservative at Rs 9,053 crore on a core basis. Revenue growth is expected to be flat for the quarter. Kotak expects a decline of 1.4 percent while Antique expects a growth of 1.4 percent.
